Welsh Guests’ visit to Medical Institutions

uring the visit by the delegation of Wales in Kutaisi the head of Ltd.
"Clinic-LJ" Zaza Lominadze and the head of "Clinic Bomondi" Mamuka Mikadze were honoured to accompany Richard Bevan,
Secretary to the Bevan Health Board and Claire Mccarthy,
Emergency Nurse Practitioner of Royal Rwent Hospital to the medical institutions.

კლინიკის ხელმძღვანელმა მიტროპოლიტმა კალისტრატემ და საავადმყოფოს თერაპიული განყოფილების გამგემ ნანა ძიძიგურმა სტუმრებს საავადმყოფო დაათვალიერებინეს.
მათ მოინახულეს როგორც მოზრდილთა,
ისე ბავშვთა განყოფილებები,
დაათვალიერეს აპარატურა,
გაესაუბრენ პერსონალს.

The first visit was to the Church Hospital.
The head of it Metropolitan Kalistrate and the head of Therapeutical Department Nana Dzidziguri showed the guests around the hospital.
They visited the departments for adults as well as for children,
saw the equipment,
and talked to the local staff.
At the end of the visit the hosts shared their problems with them.

After that the guests visited the Kutaisi Regional Service of Emergency Medical Service Centre .
The director of the Emergency Medical Service Centre David Sturua arrived in Kutaisi from Tbilisi to welcome the guests of honour.
He told them about novelties and the latest actions taken to improve the emergency medical service in Georgia.
After the guests were shown ambulance cars.

ოლოს სტუმრები დასავლეთ საქართველოს ინტერვენციული მედიცინის სამედიცინო ცენტრს ესტუმრნენ.
აქ სტუმრების დადებითი შეფასება დაიმსახურა ცენტრის თანამედროვე აღჭურვილობამ.
საკონფერენციო დარბაზში ქალბატონმა ქლერმა ლექცია წაიკითხა.
იგი შეეხებოდა მისი,
როგორც ექთნის საქმიანობას სამშობლოში.
უნდა აღინიშნოს,
რომ დიდ ბრიტანეთში საქართველოსგან განსხვავებით ექთნები უმაღლეს განათლებას ღებულობენ და მათი საქმიანობის სპექტრი ბევრად უფრო მრავალმხრივია.

Finally the guests visited the West Georgian National Centre of Interventional Medicine.
They highly appreciated the equipment of the centre.
Here Mrs. Mccarthy delivered a lecture in the conference hall,
which covered her professional activities.
It should be mentioned that in Great Britain nurses get higher education and unlike Georgian nurses the range of their professional activities is more diverse.
They assume the duties which are within the spectre of doctors' functions in our country.
The lecture aroused great interest.
